Yes! go, get the telugu (తెలుగు localizations/translations of the popular opne source web browser Firefox ( “ఫైర్ ఫాక్స్” in Telugu ) now, quick. It is all free as you know and is from one of the Indian Central Govt. owned websites.
The installation of all the applications available from them will be as easy as installing any other windows software. Of course, there are versions for Linux and Windows 9x users too.
That is the reason why, I am linking you to the root of all those pages for (win 9x, 2k and Linux). Infact there is even more stuff here… like the text editor, fonts, telugu type tutor etc.
